  • Wild un-farmed seafood, 
  • Un-processed full fat dairy, 
  • Un-processed good quality fats and oils, 
  • Un-refined sugars,
  • Well prepared nuts and seeds
  • Reverse osmosis filtered water

Eating a nutrient dense wholefood diet combined with hydration, adequate sleep, movement, sunlight and connection to nature and loved ones builds the foundation of good health-and the feelings of-being balanced mentally and physically, energised and nourished from the inside out.
